I Go Sea World...

This is what we heard the past week at our house.

The kids were so excited about getting to go to Sea World. I was not sure how they would do, but they did great and we had a wonderful time! We watched several shows, at some good junk food, rode a couple of rides and got to feed the dolphins. We loved spending time with everyone, but we sure missed our Uncle Rooster, but thank you for sharing Aunt Courtney with us! :) Waiting for the Shamu show.

These were the Bud Clydesdale's.

Of course, Tate thought that was so cool!

Feeding the dolphins some fish (Thank you Uncle Todd!!!)

The Pumpkin Patch...

This past weekend we went to San Antonio to visit Aunt Laci, Uncle Todd and Cousin Ellie. We had a great time visiting with everyone. We went to a pumpkin patch on Saturday morning with the kids. They loved it! I will post more pics from the weekend later. Thank you to Todd, Laci and Ellie for hosting us this weekend. :)
Posing with the pumpkins...

This was a ride for the kids, a tractor pulled us around the field. The kids loved it!

A Blue Tounge and A New Nightgown...

Funny story...
Yesterday, when I picked the kids up from school I asked the teacher how they did. She said they were great kids and a joy to have in the classroom. Then she told me about Tate's funny story. Yesterday they talked about God giving us eyes to see, ears to hear, tongues to taste, hands to feel, and noses to smell. They had activities all day to go along with this lesson. They were testing their taste buds at one point with different types of fruit (bananas, apples, lemons, oranges, etc.). Well, the teacher was letting the kids experiment for themselves what each fruit tasted like. She said she turned around and Tate was eating the lemon, rind and all, and not making a face! Goofy kid! She said he would not have anything to do with the other fruits, just wanted more lemons!
I have to say he is our comic relief... We were talking about taste last night and Tate had some blue Gatorade after playing outside.
Here is a picture of him showing off his blue tongue. Of course, Emmy thought this was so funny!

And here is a picture of Emmy in her new nightgown. I thought I would try it on her to see if she would sleep in it. She took one look at it in the mirror and said, "So cute!!! I show Dada!!". She still had it on this morning and refused to take it off. You may see this again!

He hates ice cream because he says it is too "told" (cold)!! He has never liked it...we are checking to see who's kid he is!!!!
