Looking back at last week, we had lots of fun!
We went to The Great Wolf Lodge last Sunday and Monday.
The kids had a blast!
Emmy is quite the water kid! She LOVED all the slides and just played and played in the kids area. :)
Silly Girl!!
Tate loved the slides too and enjoyed the lazy river with Daddy.
Lyla was the little dare devil! She went down every slide she met the height requirements for and a few more! :) She would climb the steps, wait for the guy to give her the thumbs up and walk over to slide all on her own by the end.
I promise she was having a blast! I got quite a few stares from worried moms standing around, but after she went down they just laughed at her reaction when it was over. She would get up and say, “gain!” (again)
This was the look I got when we were having to leave!
We also went to the fountains by Purple Cow with some friends on Wednesday. Again, Lyla LOVED it! The older kids were hard to catch on camera, but I thought these were cute of her playing in the fountains
This is the look I get when she sees the camera. Just imagine her saying, “cheeeeesseee!”
Then we met some friends, Lauren and Sarah with their kids, at Cold Stone for some ice cream and play at the little houses on Thursday. I borrowed this picture from Lauren’s blog. (I forgot my camera).
Bryce, Avery and Lyla
Bryce and Lyla are in the same Sunday School class. It is funny how they always recognize each other and just smile. :)
(The big kids were too busy playing!)
On Saturday, Tate’s t-ball team finally got to play their last game. Thanks to all the rain, our season was “extended” for 3 weeks. :) Before the game, they had pictures taken. Here are a few I got on my camera.
Go Eagles!!!
He was so proud of his trophy he got for the season. We are very thankful for the patient, encouraging coaches this first year of t-ball. It was a great experience for us and Tate.
Coming in the next few weeks…
Pre-School graduation & Emmy’s BIG dance recital! :)
Stay tuned…
